Delivery policy

Every piece is made to order so please expect to wait between 10 to 15 days for delivery. You will get a notification with the tracking information once the item has been dispatched; please keep in mind that products are sent from Madrid, Spain for delivery times.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & exchanges

Returns are accepted within 30 days of item delivery. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Exchanges are not accepted at the moment.
